dude you are fucking insane. 20lb is the maximum i have carried, and i had to do about 10 runs of these 20lb loads. that left me with backache for days. there is no way i would carry 66lb on my back for any amount of money.
unless USA pounds are smaller than UK pounds you must be crazy!
oh, and without an x-strap too.
i pity your shoulder.
how does your bike frame react to that. can you feel the difference?
I rode only about a block with that particular load. The bike felt dangerous, especially trying to ride around people on the sidewalk in front of Macy's in Union Square. 10 kinds of unstable.
